Taylor Finley

2nd Summer

My name is Taylor and this year will be my second summer at Chippewa. I am from New Zealand and am currently an au pair in Chicago. Outside of camp, I like to read and bake! One thing not a lot of people know about me is I’m left handed.

This summer at camp, I will be teaching Cooking. I like teaching this activity because I love watching the kids learn and grow confident in the kitchen. My favorite camp meal is BBQ and my favorite Cathy’s flavor is Pirate’s Booty. Screen on the Green is my favorite Evening Program because is a fun and chill night for everyone. I love being a Chippy because it’s where I met some of the best people and really grew into myself. I am most excited for the summer of 2023 because I can’t wait to see how all my campers have grown up and reunite with some of my favourite people.
