Samantha Daitch

7th Summer

My name is Samantha and this year will be my 7th summer at Chippewa. I am from Scottsdale, AZ and am currently a sophomore at Phoenix Country Day School. Outside of camp, I am involved in volunteering and I enjoy reading and playing tennis. One thing not a lot of people know about me is I am left-handed!

This summer at camp, I will be teaching cooking and waterskiing. I like teaching these activities because they were the most memorable, as I reflect on my camper experience. My favorite camp meal is grilled cheese and my favorite Cathy’s flavor is Cake & Ice Cream. Lip Sync is my favorite Evening Program because it is awesome to learn and perform dances as a cabin! I love being a Chippy because I have been connected with some of my best friends from across the country! I am most excited for the summer of 2024 because I get to continue making memories that will last a lifetime!
