Sadie Graines

9th Summer

My name is Sadie and this year will be my 9th summer at Chippewa. I am from Chicago, IL and am currently a junior at Francis W. Parker. Outside of camp, I like to hang out with my friends. One thing not a lot of people know about me is that I love math, especially geometry.

This summer at camp, I will be teaching fishing. I like teaching this activity because I love to watch people experience the joy of catching a fish. My favorite camp meal is anything with french fries and my favorite Cathy’s flavor is Pirates Bounty. Tom Pease is my favorite Evening Program because I love dancing with my campers and all my friends. I love being a Chippy because I can truly be myself and feel no judgment. I am most excited for the summer of 2026 because I can’t wait to be back with all my best friends.
