Alyssa Lansburgh

8th Summer

My name is Alyssa and this year will be my 8th summer at Chippewa. I am from Chicago, IL and am currently a student at Lincoln Park High School. Outside of camp, I like to dance. One thing not a lot of people know about me is that my favorite subject in school is math.

This summer at camp, I will be teaching ropes, cooking, and waterskiing. I like teaching these activities because I am very well experienced in them, and it makes me happy to be able to share my interests with other people. My favorite camp meal is dino nuggets and my favorite cathy’s flavor is Caramel Collision. Capture the Flag is my favorite Evening Program because it’s competitive in a fun and exciting way. I love being a Chippy because it allows me to be a part of lots of joyful events and activities throughout the summer. I am most excited for the summer of 2023 because it gives me the opportunity to be a role model to my campers.
