2nd Summer

My name is Ruby and this year will be my 2nd summer at Chippewa. I am from England and am currently a student at Derby Univeristy. Outside of camp, I like to bake lots of new and different recipes One thing not a lot of people know about me is that I used to do gymnastics and acrobatics.

This summer at camp, I will be teaching wall and ropes! I like teaching these activities because I love doing anything challenging and helping campers challenge themselves. My favorite camp meal is barbeque and my favorite Cathy’s flavor is White Chocolate Raspberry Truffle! Lip Sync is my favorite Evening Program because I love seeing the campers showcasing their dances. I love being a Chippy because everyone makes you feel so welcome and I’ve made so many great friends. I am most excited for the summer of 2026 because i get to have the best summer all over again and make new memories
