Olivia Ring

6th Summer

My name is Olivia and this year will be my 6th summer at Chippewa. I am from Highland Park, IL and am currently a sophomore at Rochelle Zell Hewish High School. Outside of camp, I like to play tennis. One thing not a lot of people know about me is that I have four siblings!

This summer at camp, I will be teaching sailing. I like teaching this activity because I love the waterfront and sailing! My favorite camp meal is chicken fingers & fries and my favorite Cathy’s flavor is Jolted Cow. Tan & White is my favorite Evening Program because I love playing all the games and the team spirit! I love being a Chippy because camp gives me a place to be my authentic self and spend my summer with the most incredible people! I am most excited for the summer of 2026 because I get to help run Tan & White!
