9th Summer

My name is Millie and this year will be my 9th summer at Chippewa. I am from Houston, Texas, and am currently a senior at Kinkaid high school. Outside of camp, I like to hang out with my friends! One thing not many people know about me is that I love to bake.

This summer at camp, I will be teaching Waterskiing. I like teaching this activity because it has always been my favorite activity at camp. My favorite camp meal is quesadillas, and my favorite Cathy’s flavor is Caramel Collision. Stalk the Lantern is my favorite Evening Program because I love watching the campers get competitive. I love being a Chippy because I always know I can be myself around my camp friends. I am most excited for the summer of 2026 because I can’t wait to be back in my favorite place.
