Mia Friedland

10th Summer!

My name is Mia and this year will be my 10th summer at Chippewa. I am from Deerfield, IL and am currently a student at Deerfield High School. Outside of camp, I like to hang with my friends and family and I am involved with Lacrosse. One thing not a lot of people know about me is I love to cook.

This summer at camp, I will be teaching SUP. I like teaching this activity because the waterfront is my favorite place. My favorite camp meal is quesadillas and my favorite Cathy’s flavor is Pirate’s Booty. My favorite Evening Program is Tan & White because I love all of the different games. I love being a Chippy because Chippewa is my home away from home and my most favorite place on earth!! I am most excited for the summer of 2024 because it is going to be unforgettable.
