Maddie Bleiman

8th Summer

My name is Maddie and this year will be my 9th summer at Chippewa. I am from Highland Park, IL and am currently a junior at Highland Park High School. Outside of camp, I love to dance and spend time with friends and family.

This summer at camp, I will be teaching sailing. I like teaching this activity because it is an activity where many of my most memorable memories at camp have been, and it’s in the water! My favorite camp meal is Sunday breakfast and my favorite Cathy’s flavor is Pirate’s Booty or Brownie S’more. Lip Sync is my favorite Evening Program because this past summer especially, I was able to watch my campers dance their hearts out on stage. I love being a Chippy because I have gained so many everlasting memories and friends from all across the world. I am most excited for the summer of 2026 because I will get to watch my campers grow.
