9th Summer

My name is Avery and this will be my 9th summer at Chippewa. I am from Highland Park, IL and am currently a senior at Highland Park High School. Outside of camp, I like to hang out with my friends and family and I am involved in many clubs at my school. One thing not a lot of people know about me is that I LOVE musicals.

This summer at camp, I will be teaching skiing, sailing, and swimming. I like teaching these activities because my favorite place to be at camp is on the waterfront. My favorite camp meal is paninis and my favorite Cathy’s flavor is Pirate’s Booty. Tan & White is my favorite Evening Program because I love to see everyone’s spirit! I love being a Chippy because I get to make endless memories with my campers and age group. I am most excited for the summer of 2025 because I get to be back at the best place on earth with my best friends!!
