9th Summer

My name is Lily and this year will be my 9th summer at Chippewa. I am from Highland Park, IL and am currently a senior at Highland Park High School. Outside of camp, I am involved with theatre and field hockey. One thing not a lot of people know about me is I bring at least 7 stuffed animals to camp!

This summer at camp, I will be teaching on the waterfront and directing the play. I like teaching these activities because I love getting to know campers on the waterfront and I get to share my love of theatre with the whole Chippewa community. My favorite camp meal is spaghetti and meatballs and my favorite Cathy’s flavor is Chocoholic. Friday Night Campfire is my favorite Evening Program because I love seeing everyone at camp come together in such a special way. I love being a Chippy because this is where I made my best friends. I am most excited for the summer of 2024 because I get to spend another summer at the most magical place in the world!
