Leah Rosenthal

8th Summer

My name is Leah and this year will be my 8th summer at Chippewa! I am from Deerfield, IL and I am currently a student at Deerfield High School. Outside of camp, I play field hockey and lacrosse. One thing not a lot of people know about me is that pickles are my favorite food!

This summer at camp, I will be teaching fishing and swimming. I like teaching these activities because I love being by the lake and helping campers! My favorite camp meal is paninis and my favorite Cathy’s flavor is French Silk Pie. Staff Show and Lip Sync are my favorite Evening Programs because I love laughing, dancing, and having fun on stage with my age group! I love being a Chippy because of the lifelong friendships I have created at camp over the years. I am most excited for summer 2025 because I get to see all my campers and friends from last summer!
