9th Summer

My name is Lauren and this year will be my 9th summer at Chippewa. I am from Deerfield, IL and I am currently a student at Deerfield High School. Outside of camp, I like to play soccer and hang out with friends. One thing not a lot of people know about me is that I like to cook!

This summer at camp I will be driving the fishing boat and teaching sailing! My favorite camp meal is grilled cheese and my favorite Cathy’s flavor is Moose Tracks. Capture the Flag is my favorite Evening Program because I love the competitiveness as well as the spirit of this Tan & White game. I love being a Chippy because of the lifelong friendships I have made and the community I have built from Chippewa.
