Mia Barnett

7th Summer

My name is Mia and this year will be my 7th summer at Chippewa. I am from Deerfield, IL and am currently a sophomore at Deerfield High School. Outside of camp, I like to dance! One thing not a lot of people know about me is I don’t like sushi!

My favorite camp meal is Sunday breakfast and my favorite Cathy’s flavor is Pirate’s Booty. Tan & White is my favorite Evening Program because I love the competition mixed in with the fun. I love being a Chippy because I can be my true self and spend my summers in an amazing, stress-free environment! I am most excited for the summer of 2023 because I can’t wait to be back with my best friends!
