Annie Shulkin

7th Summer

My name is Annie and this year will be my 7th summer at Chippewa. I am from Deerfield,IL and am currently a sophomore at Deerfield High School. Outside of camp, I like to spend time with my friends. One thing not a lot of people know about me is I am left handed.

This summer at camp, I will be teaching fishing. I like teaching this activity because it is very relaxing and I love spending time on the lake. My favorite camp meal is grilled cheese and my favorite Cathy’s flavor is Pirate’s Booty. Lip Sync is my favorite Evening Program because I love dancing on stage with my friends. I love being a Chippy because everyone is so kind and I can be my true self at camp. I am most excited for the summer of 2025 because I am going to be a CIT.
