Amari Schneider

10th Summer!

My name is Amari and this year will be my 10th summer at Chippewa! I am from Nashville, TN and am currently a Junior at Harpeth Hall. Outside of camp, I am part of the swim and ice hockey teams. One thing not a lot of people know about me is that I was born in Florida.

This summer at camp, I will be teaching sailing and swimming. I like teaching these activities because I love to be in the water. My favorite camp meal is chicken tenders and my favorite Cathy’s flavor is raspberry sorbet. Lip Sync is my favorite Evening Program because I love watching my campers gain confidence and have fun. I love being a Chippy because I get to spend the summers with my best friends while becoming a better person and learning from the girls around me. I am most excited for the summer of 2025 because Chippewa is the best place on earth!
