Staff Spotlight- February 2026

Our February Staff Spotlight features Amari Schneider! Amari is an enthusiastic, caring and hardworking member of the CRC community. For 10 summers, she has brought a love of camp that shines in all she does- and as a part of the staff team, she has been able to pass that Chippy spirit down to her campers. We are so excited that Amari will be back at Chippewa in 2026. Thanks for being you and for all you do for camp, Amari! 10!

What cabin were you in during the summer of 2025?
Lucky- X.

What is your favorite part about being a counselor at CRC?
I love being able to watch my campers grow and become more confident throughout the summer!

What was your favorite memory from the summer of 2025?
10 Year!!!!!

What is your favorite camp memory of all time?
I loved going to Mackinac Island my Trailriders summer.

How do you stay in touch with your camp friends during the year?
Texting, Facetime, and Snapchat.

What do you do when you are not at camp?
I play ice hockey and swim.

What are you most excited about for the summer of 2026?
I cannot wait to spend time with my campers and get even closer with all of my best friends!
