Camper Spotlight- February 2026

Our February Camper Spotlight features Sienna K! Sienna brings a kind presence wherever she goes, roaming camp with a smile and acting as a friend to all. Sienna embraces all that Chippewa has to offer, and her enthusiasm for camp continues to grow with each summer. We can’t wait to see the positive impact she will make at camp in 2026… and beyond! What cabin were you in during the summer of 2025?
I was in Lucky-X! Boom Boom Cha Cha… Lucky Bar is the best!

How many summers have you been at camp?
Two!

What do you love most about camp?
I love living in a cabin with other people and getting to try many new activities. Last summer I broke my toe, which prevented me from doing some of my favorite activities like the ropes course. The good thing is that it forced me to try new things, like cooking, which I ended up loving!

What is your favorite memory from the summer of 2025?
The best day was shopping at Main Street during Realm. I bought candy, soda, and stuff from the bakery. It was my first Realm and I didn’t want it to end!

How do you stay in touch with your camp friends during the year?
Some of us dance together! I also schedule time with camp friends and hang out.

What is your favorite subject in school?
Ok so it’s not a subject, but I really like recess. I get to hang out and talk with friends. If I have to pick a favorite school subject, then I would say Spanish. Also this year in Science, we made terrariums and aquariums and I got to take my fish and baby snails home!

What activities do you participate in during the year?
I do dance, acting, and cheer.

What are you most looking forward to in the summer of 2026?
I can’t wait to find out my new cabin, cabinmates, and counselors. It’ll also be my younger sister’s first year- she will be in Rafter^X. For food, BBQ is my favorite meal EVER. I’d even say it’s better than the 4th of July.

Is there anything else you want to share with your Chippy family?
I’m so excited to meet the Lissner’s new dog, Bruce!! And now I’m craving the Lemon Bar ice cream from Cathy’s. Counting down to summer 2026!!
