Our November Camper Spotlight features Mia R! Mia brings a sense of joy and positive spirit to Chippewa, and she makes the most out of every second at camp. She is enthusiastic, thoughtful and welcoming, and it is clear she cares deeply about camp and those around her. We love having Mia as a part of the Chippewa community and we love watching her love of CRC grow summer after summer. Thanks for all you bring to camp, Mia! Horseshoe Range.

How many summers have you been at camp?
5!

What do you love most about camp?
Trying fun activities that I don’t get to do at home, meeting new people, spending time with my friends, and participating in all the fun evening programs.

What is your favorite memory from the summer of 2025?
Our cabin Lip Sync!

How do you stay in touch with your camp friends during the year?
Going to different Chippewa reunions and bat mitzvahs, and meeting up with my camp friends at different places.

What is your favorite subject in school?
I don’t have a favorite, but I really like Spanish and ELA.

What activities do you participate in during the year?
I do a lot of sports- basketball, softball, tennis, skiing, field hockey, volleyball, dance, and more.

What are you most looking forward to in the summer of 2026?
Finding out what cabin I am in and who my counselors are, plus participating in all the fun things I don’t get to do at home.

Is there anything else you want to share with your Chippy family?
I love Chippewa and GO WHITE!
