What is your favorite Chippewa tradition and why?
Many great responses including:
-My favorite Chippewa tradition is UN Day. I love competing in all of the different sports and games. I love how competitive and fun the entire day. I also love the spirit everyone shows and it is definitely one of my favorite days of camp!
-Friday night campfires because it’s a chill evening and afterwards we get to spend time bonding with our cabins!
-4th of July when the Lakeviewers make the theme. I think that’s so fun!
-I love when Lakeview goes around and sings all the cabin cheers on the first day of camp!
-Tan and White because I love the games and it’s so fun to compete!
-Tan and White- it’s iconic for camp and so much fun.
-Singing the creed at Campfire. Even though it is something that is short and only happens once every week, I think it’s so special that the whole camps sings together!
