Camper Spotlight- September 2023

Our September Camper Spotlight features Gemma F! In her two summers at CRC, Gemma has become a true Chippy Girl. She is kind, silly and caring, and looks to bring enthusiasm to everything she does. She spends the summer with a permanent smile on her face, she seeks to include those around her, and she makes the most out of every second at camp. We love having Gemma as a part of the Chippewa community! Read below to learn more about Gemma’s love of CRC and her life in the off-season.
What cabin were you in during the summer of 2023?
I was in Silverspurs.
How many summers have you been at camp?
2 summers.
What do you love most about camp?
Tubing!
What is your favorite memory from the summer of 2023?
Getting up for 3 seconds on the waterskis!
How do you stay in touch with your camp friends during the year?
Usually by text!
What is your favorite subject in school?
Robotics!
What activities do you participate in during the year?
Horseback riding, and I’m going to start softball and flute.
What are you most looking forward to in the summer of 2024?
Seeing all my friends again :)
