Dear Chippies, Parents, Family and Friends,

I am very excited to introduce a new Monday night tradition- The Sari Diaries from the perspective of a member of Lakeview. Tonight I am very excited to be passing the baton to Scout K. Scout is an amazing camper who is a friendly face around CRC. She is a fantastic role model for our younger campers, and someone who we absolutely love! I know you enjoy her version of our day at #TheRanch2023…here it goes!

Happy Camping and Love,
Sari

Hi Sari Diaries! Today Chippewa woke up to cold, rainy weather and the camp decided to give everyone a rainy day activity instead of first and second period. The cabin was called “Grab Bag Skits.” All cabins got a few words to work off of and make a skit to perform for the camp. Some of the words included Kim Kardashian, Funky Town, and chicken nuggets in space. The rainy day was made fun for everyone and gave me and my cabin mates extra time in the morning to work on the 4th of July. After lunch we had a Monday afternoon Coin Ceremony and Logan W. received the Acceptance Coin and Maya F. received the Courage Coin. It was great to see fellow Chippies being recognized. The lazy day was ended in time for 3rd, 4th, and 5th period, so everyone got to enjoy the rest of their day. After a delicious dinner, we all got to watch and participate in the Chippy Talent Show. It was so fun to see other campers and friends perform like my cabin mate Emery S. who sang. Today was a great day, and I am so excited for so many more at CRC!

Thanks, Scout for taking the time to write this amazing TSD entry- the Chippewa community appreciates it!
