Camper Spotlight- January 2023

Our January Camper Spotlight features Inslee S! Inslee can be found at all times with a HUGE smile on her face. She is inclusive, fun and silly, and she gives 1000% to all things camp. Inslee spreads joy and Chippy spirit wherever she goes, and we love having her as a member of our CRC community. Thanks for all you bring to Chippewa, Inslee! What cabin were you in during the summer of 2022?
I was in the cabin of Wagon Ridge.
How many summers have you been at camp?
2023 will be my third year.
What do you love most about camp?
I love all of the friendships I have with people from all over!
What is your favorite memory from the summer of 2022?
I have too many favorites, so it’s hard to choose one… first session all of my cabin jumped in the lake together early in the day to do a polar plunge. I was cold, but it was so fun!
How do you stay in touch with your camp friends during the year?
We text and call, and try to see each other whenever possible.
What are you most looking forward to in the summer of 2023?
Seeing all of my out of town friends that I haven’t see in a long time.
What is your favorite subject in school?
I love Language Arts because I love reading and writing.
What activities do you participate in during the year?
I do all kinds of dance- ballet, modern, hip hop and jazz. I also love art and making bracelets.
Is there anything else you want to share with your Chippy family?
I love Chippewa. Go Tan!
