3. What is your favorite part about being a counselor at CRC?
I unfortunately did not get my CIT summer but I am beyond excited to experience my first year on staff with the best people. I can’t wait to have campers of my own and make amazing memories with them all while they cherish their summers like I have mine!

4. What was your favorite memory from the summer of 2019?
My favorite memory from the summer of 2019 was planning Fourth of July and Chippy Awards with my cabin. The best days of the summer were just spending time with my best friends just sitting on our porch talking about everything.

5. What is your favorite camp memory of all time?
My favorite camp memory of all time is when my cabin and I went to Mackinac Island. We had the most amazing time and created the best memories all together! It was an experience that I could never get anywhere else and I’m thankful for it because it brought me closer to my best friends. My other favorite camp memory is the day I became a Chippybat!! There is nothing I love more than waterskiing at the most magical place on earth!

6. How do you stay in touch with your camp friends during the year?
I stay in touch with my camp friends during the year by texting, FaceTiming, and hanging out! We often get dinner or go on walks. I make sure to stay in touch with them all because of how special the bonds are to me.

7. How did you stay connected to CRC during the summer of 2020?
I stayed connected to the Chippewa community during the summer of 2020 by constantly hanging out with camp people and reminiscing on the amazing memories we have created at our happy place. I ran a backyard camp with my friend for Chippy girls every week, and I was lucky enough to be able to spend a week up at camp with my best friends! Although it was the same camp experience as usual, it was such a special and incredible experience that I am thankful for everyday!

8. What are you most excited about for the summer of 2021?
I am most excited to have campers of my own and cos, and form unforgettable bonds with them all while watching them grow to love camp as much as I do. There is truly no place like this one and I can’t wait to make new memories with the best people!

9. What do you do when you are not at camp?
When I am not at camp, I participate in field hockey and soccer. I love both sports so much and have learned developed many skills from them. I also participate in Warrior Buddies at my school which has given me the great opportunity of working with kids with disabilities and creating memories with them while having fun! That is one club or many that I spend my time with and love. I love spending time with friends and family (and my dog Oliver!). These are the most important hobbies of mine that make me me!

10. Anything else you want to share with your Chippy family?
I am unexplainably excited to be back at my second home for the greatest summer ever. I cherish every second at this place with the most amazing people. This place and people will forever hold a special place in my heart!!
