Staff Spotlight- March 2020

Our March Staff Spotlight features Nicole Lucas. Nicole has been at camp for a long time, and has gone from being an enthusiastic young camper to a leader as an older camper and is now a fantastic member of the Chippewa staff team. As a cabin counselor, Nicole is loved by her campers. She provides a fun and safe environment for them to be themselves and get the most out of the camp experience. Additionally, Nicole is quite talented in many camp activities and she has put a great focus on the importance of team sports for our campers. She recognizes and wants to share the value that team sports can have for young people in terms of confidence, growth and fun. Her passion for all things camp is contagious and we so appreciate the intentionality she puts into her work at CRC. We are looking forward to a long, long camp career for Nicole- the impact she has had on our community is already great and we are excited to see how that grows!
