Staff Spotlight- May 2015

Morgan Levy is featured in the May Staff Spotlight. She is one of our very best at CRC and her love for camp is truly incredible. Morgan is a part of a huge Chippy family and over the past ten summers has become an integral part of the Chippewa community. She is loved by her campers, her age group, her co-counselors and everyone else around camp. We feel incredibly lucky to have Morgan back this summer as a Program Director and member of our Admin Team. She is amazing and we we love her :). How many summers have you been at camp?
11!!

What cabin were you in during the summer of 2014?
Cactus

What is your favorite part about being a counselor at CRC?
My campers are hilarious and make my job so rewarding.

What was your favorite memory from the summer of 2014?
I have 2. Fourth of July and Ten Year.

What is your favorite camp memory of all time?
Going to Summerfest to see Jason Mraz as a CIT (2011). Also just getting to be with my family for the summer (11 Levys at one point)​.

What are you most looking forward to in the summer of 2015?
Being with my campers and cos (also very excited for visitors).

How do you stay in touch with your camp friends during the year?
I have group texts with my age group as well as with my campers.

What do you do when you are not at camp?
I’m going to be a Junior at Emory. I’m in Sigma Delta Tau (shoutout to my siSDTer, Sari) and I am on the Club Volleyball team. I’ll be studying abroad in Prague in the fall and am going to Israel on birthright before camp.

Anything else you want to share with your Chippy family?
I’m so excited to be back for summer 2015! Everyone needs to take advantage of all camp has to offer because time really does fly!
