Camper Spotlight- December 2014

This month’s Camper Spotlight features Lauren Shamie who is missing CRC all the way from Florida! Lauren is a fantastic Chippewa camper who gets excited about all camp activities! She has become an important part of the Chippewa family and we love having her at camp summer after summer! Here are her responses…

What cabin were you in during the summer of 2014?
Bowed Legs

How many summers have you been at camp?
I’ve been at camp for two summers.

What do you miss most about camp?
I miss my friends and Sunday breakfasts.

What is your favorite memory from the summer of 2014?
Our cabin’s blindfolded night trip to get candy, and playing the game of Mao.

What are you most looking forward to in the summer of 2015?
Seeing my friends and Tan & White!

How do you stay in touch with your camp friends during the year?
Over text and mostly FaceTime.

What is your favorite subject in school?
English

What activities do you participate in during the year?
Cheer, Ballet, and pointe.
